What this website collects
The inquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not save the form information in a database. When you send the email, Groundwork receives the name, email address, business information and project details you choose to provide.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used only to respond, prepare a recommendation or proposal, and communicate about a potential or active project. Groundwork does not sell personal information.
Hosting and technical information
The website may be hosted through Cloudflare, which can process routine technical data such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and secure the site. If analytics or a server-side form is added later, this notice should be updated before those tools are enabled.
Retention and questions
Project and inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records and legal obligations. To ask a privacy question or request correction or deletion, email contact@groundworkbrand.ca.
